Domestic & International Shipping
We are really excited to offer shipping to countries around the world. We are currently offering shipping on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties in order to release your order from your respective country’s customs on arrival. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders.
- Orders are usually deleivered within 4 -5 business days (i.e. Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer. International deliveries could take anywhere from 5-10 business days depending on the country and custom procedures on arrival. - We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.
Shipping within India
We offer free shipping on all orders
- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e. Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders or pre-order items, may take longer.

- Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order or delivery time.
- You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. Please track your shipment using tracking number.
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with an Airway Bill Number. We currently ship via (FedEx, DHLF & Armex) Worldwide.
You can pay via COD, we also accept all major international VISA, AMEX, or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our international payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included.
International Return Policy
- We are happy to offer a 15-day international return policy (with store credit/ exchange only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. The only exception is for customized items, Free Gifts or SALE items – these items are FINAL SALE ONLY.
- To process a exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
- Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Please note that we currently do not offer free shipping on international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees
Return Shipment Process
- We are sorry, but at the moment, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders.
- To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice.
- You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice and ship the item directly to us after our confirmation.
Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable.

Please Note: GST, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
