We offer an easy return and exchange policy on eligible items. Products must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with tags intact. For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalised or custom-engraved pieces are non-returnable. Contact us to initiate a return.

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across India. Every order is carefully packed in secure, protective packaging so your jewellery arrives safe and pristine. Delivery is free on all prepaid (online) orders; Cash on Delivery adds a flat Rs. 100 charge.
